Replacement & Refund Policy

1. Order cancelation:

All orders can’t be canceled after they are paid. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change in an order, you must contact us before we ship your package. Once the package and shipping process has started, it can no longer be changed.

2. Replacement and refund

We only agree to replace or refund the item if damaged, defective, or not as ordered. We do not replace or refund if you simply change your mind about the products. We encourage you to consult our customer service to make sure you make the right choice when ordering a specific style or color!
How can I get a replacement or refund?
Please kindly follow the following steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team via

- Provide our Customer Service team your order details, the reason for replacements or refunds, and photos or videos as a reference.
- If you are approved for a replacement, we will reship a new item to you for free and you can keep the old item or donate it.
- Depending on the extent of the damage to the product, a partial or full refund will be made. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and completed within 3 business days via credit card.

3. The cases are not replacement or refund:

Used products: For used products, we will not be responsible for anything in return or refund.
Over 72 hours after delivery: If there is any problem with your order, please contact us within 72 hours after delivery. If it is over 72 hours, we will not be responsible for any problems arising from the order. We are very reasonable and hope you are the same.
The product is defective or damaged but not the manufacturer’s fault.
Customer’s personal feelings about the product.
We understand that pleasing everyone is impossible. So if the product you receive is not defective, damaged, or does not have any errors in color, style, size, it is not reasonable and unfair for us to request a refund just because you wish to do so.
